Sonar X2 - Saving favourite synth patches for future use?

Hi - just wondering if there's a way to save certain patches that I want to use in a central spot so I can bring them up later? As opposed to having to go in and browse the synth itself each time? I would have thought I could do this in the browser somehow and I guess I can grab them from an old project's synth rack, but I'm thinking there must be a better way. Any ideas appreciated!

Thanks for any suggestions...

Each synth will have it's own shortcuts, sadly out of Sonar's control.

However you may want to look into FX Chains in Sonar, and track templates:
