X3 PVR Snap > Move by and Move to?

X3 PRV
I'm not finding a Move By vs Move to option when drag copying in PRV.
It's currently defaulting to move to.
Can someone point me to a way to switch it to move by?

Also, as always feel free to tell me everything that comes to mind. I really like hearing all of your tips.

    Depends on which snap setting is governing. The global has a toggle switch "B" in the module from  http://www.cakewalk.com/S..Search?q=x3+snap+module

    The PRV uses the drop down "A" from http://www.cakewalk.com/D...lp=EditingMIDI.16.html
