Vocal Fried ?

I Am just a wealth of ailments! I was going to sing Knockin On Heaven's Door (nothing to do with current situation) and when I sang the 1st note it came out in 5ths...5ths! At the same time! Like singing a Gregorian chant! An octave down and vocal fry. Am I doomed? Possessed? I've never done that before. Yes I kinda sound like that Channing lady but this was bizzare!
