brick wall limiter download

hi, just downloaded ProChannel Concrete Limiter, when I click on the download link the "do you want or save" dialog box appears, then when I click on SAVE the "save as" dialog appears however nothing at all happens.
what am I missing?

    That's strange. I wish I could help. Could it be an antivirus shooting it down?

    thanks, I don't run anti virus because I quit going to freaky websites. i'll wait a bit. I've never seen this happen before. I did write to cakewalk but who knows when i'll hear from them.
