Teleport Server has stopped working...

Hi,
 
Trying to open a fresh install of Synthogy Ivory in Sonar X3e on my new computer but it fails with the following message:
 
Teleport Server has stopped working: a problem cause the program to stop working correctly. Please close the program.
 
When I try to close S3, it crashes.
 
Tried installing JBridge as suggested in one post, but that didn't work.
 
Any hints will be greatly appreciated.

    32 or 64 bit Sonar?

    Sell by date at 9000 posts. Do not feed.
    @48/24 & 128 buffers latency is 367 with offset of 38.

    Just tried them and didn't work ;-(

    Run Sonar as Administrator.

    Weird...
    S3e doesn't even launch as an admin??

    Ok first boot Sonar normally, reset and rescan all plugins.
    Then run as an admin and try to open Ivory.

    Right click the shortcut on the start menu or start screen.

    Sell by date at 9000 posts. Do not feed.

    I run Ivory in 64 bit every single day and it has been one of the more stable virtual instruments.  I hope the update above will help.
     
    One problem I used to have until a tech fixed it:  there are dll files that come with virtual instruments and the instrument—in this case Ivory—has to find the appropriate dll to work.  Sometimes when you install an instrument, it installs both 32 and 64 bit dlls and Sonar finds the wrong one first when it scans at start-up.
     
    One solution is to rename (without erasing) the 32-bit dll; for example, calling it "Ivory VST.old" or something so it is not recognized as a dll.
     
    In my case, the 64-bit file is called Ivory VST.dll and is in C | Program Files | Synthogy | Vstplugins.
     
    The 32-bit version was in C | Program Files (x86) | Synthogy | Vstplugins.
     
    I hope you don't have to mess with this, but it is something to keep in mind.  I highly recommend that if you want to make a change, you just rename the file and write down what it was called before so you can restore it if something goes crazy.
     
    You more knowledgeable guys please jump in here if I am giving bad advice.
     
    Good luck because Ivory is freaking AWESOME.  For me, Ivory and RealGuitar were the best investments I ever made.  With those and the bass and drums built in to Sonar you can make great music.

    This sounds like you may not have your software authorized correctly. Please provide some
    detail about the steps you take from start to finish.
     
    Begin at the desktop and let us know what you click on and what the system responds with.
     
    You can also try writing to support@synthogy.com . They may have another answer for you.

    Do you have Automatic Update turned for Windows?
    After an update on 7/10/14, X3e was crashing on save or exit, with the same message about the Teleport server.
    I was also allowing the PC to go to sleep at that time. I turned off sleep mode, and restored my PC to before the update. All was well until the same update installed again on 7/13/14.
    Restored again, and turned off Automatic Update. So far, so good.
    It appears that a component of that update is messing with the Teleport server (which I believe is used for bridging 32bit plug-ins).
    This may not be your problem, but the symptoms are similar enough to check into it.
