Looking for help on the Play List in X3

I use the play list during performance but a few things are bugging me.
1. How do you automatically close out songs that already played? (Maybe check the "Allow only one program open at one time" in Preferences?)
2. Any way to resize the screen for playback? The screen size seems to be set during playback
3. Any way to stop the Inspector screen from popping up on top of the sequence?
