Moving tracks without dragging them

Is there a way to arrange a track, instead of dragging a track to move it, to tell it to move up one or down thee or an arbitrary number or move to the top or bottom of the track list?

I think the closest you can come are the options under Tracks > Sort Tracks. For example if you select an arbitrary number of track and sort by Selected, these can appear at the top or bottom of the track list, depending on whether you've chosen ascending or descending.

Although this doesn't really relate to what you want, it's a useful option I think many people overlook. If I have bunch of drum and percussion parts scattered around, it's helpful to be able to select them and sort in order to bunch them together, then sort again by name so they're in alphabetical order. Sorting by muted, channel, output, etc. can also be useful.
