I got 14.

But technically one was a spelling error, so I deducted one from the test people for not knowing the difference between spelling and grammar.

In order, then, to discover the limit of deepest tones, it is necessary not only to produce very violent agitations in the air but to give these the form of simple pendular vibrations. - Hermann von Helmholtz, predicting the role of the electric bassist in 1877.

I flunked it. I answered the first question and hit the arrow for the second and it took me to a Sonar X3 video.
Oh well..I wasn't affected by it...I was having fun anyway trying to find and acoustic that looked like an SG.

I got 13, only because I've never had or ordered an 'Espresso', and have only ever heard it pronounced 'Expresso' instead.

15 out of 16 for me only due to...honest... Accidentally hitting a button before I even read the question. But that's OK. I was going too fast anyway.

15/16- missed the first one. That word never appears in any of the high-brow journals I subscribe to.

It should be noted that, back in Bapu's day, they used to call Reading, Writing and Arithmetic the "Three R's" so maybe things haven't deteriorated as much as they seem...

Wait a minute. When you had choices of words that were spelled correctly but only one was to be used in context, is that really ONLY a spelling issue?
