I bought two of these at $400 a month ago.  It's been incredibly satisfying to switch over to these from my old platter drives.  I had a thread in the Hardware section about this.
Actually, I don't know why cclarry posts a Hardware special in the Software forum.  Maybe because it's just a cclarry forum now, but I would think this would be more appropriately posted in the HW forum.

Two internal 2TB SSDs laptop stuffed with Larry's deals and awesome tools. Studio One is the cat's meow as a DAW now that I've migrated off of Sonar. Using BandLab Cakewalk just to grab old files when migrating songs.

I usually say that...but I really don't go to the Hardware forum....and most of they guys
that I converse with are here, as my forte is the software side...LOL

    Larry,

I'd still suggest you post a HW special in the HW section. It'll help perk up that section. I don't think the SW section should only be about sales. We do post stuff about actually using software now and again.

But I'm also a fan of yours.

I hear you Lawa...I just posted about a 23" Touch Screen monitor over there for $139...

    Not one single response...

The SSD's are about "storing software" so...I'm inclined to keep that here...LOL

Are they soft? I don't think so.

    But enough said.

I'm one of your legion of fans, so it's hard to complain about a nit.
