Strange Fader Behavior

Help, upgraded to Win 8.1 from 8 and now my mixer faders will not function correctly.  When I click on fader with mouse, the fader jumps to 0 or to 127 depending on where I position the pointer.

Thanks for any help.

This could be the result of the Windows display not set to 100% in the control panel.

If Scooks suggestion doesn't work for some reason finish running windows update and then update your drivers via manufacturers site. Ta.
