import audio plays at wrong speed - FIXED

Hi,
I am importing some files to X3 exported form Fruit Loops. But they are playing slower. Some sample rate issues? How can I fix this?
I haven't run into these kind of problems for a long imd so completely forgot how to do it properly.
Thanks
joni

I'm not at my DAW right now but I wonder if it has something to do with "import audio at original tempo" (or project tempo maybe) in preferences?

Hi djoni, Ive had this issue before when someone has brought frooty loops tracks to me. They often default to 'groove clips' and so play at track tempo. Click on the imported clip, go to the inspector and there is a 'clip' tab. In there is a checkbox for groove clip. Un check that and it should work.

    Thank you Deon,
    You were right.
The fix was to uncheck 'groove clip' for all the clips or to change the project tempo to the clips' original tempo (255 bpm in this case).
I should have looked at the cut clips' edge meaning it's a groove clip.
