cakewalk's MP3 Encoding can't export in real time?

If I export in AUDIBLE BOUNCE I get noises/crackles...
Does it only work well in fast bounce?

You might want to increase your playback buffer in your preferences. I use audible bounce every time, but if you got a lot going on, you'll get the crackling and jittery playback. Increase the buffer and it should be fine.

SONAR always finishes the final wave file first, before sending it off to the MP3 encoder. I'd check to see if a real time Wave export is exhibiting the same behavior in your project.
