Windows 7 32 - 64 upgarde and VST libraries

I have a 64 bit capable DAW currently running Win 7 32 bit OS. I have bought the 64 bit upgrade but hesitate to install it! The DAW has a 250Gb SSD C: drive for the OS etc. and a comprehensive library of VST sitting on a 2Tb D: drive. If I upgrade the C; to 64 bit Win 7 will I have to re-install all the VSTs on the D: drive??

Anyone have experience of this?

Also thinking I might try X3 studio at the same time.....any comments out there??
