Steam Update to Sonar X3 Studio - Did I understand it right?

Hi
 
I have Sonar X3, bought on Steam.
Now there is an offer, that you can upgrade to Sonar X3 Studio AND get an compressor VST for 46€:

 
I can't really belive it, that I get the Sonar Studio (costs normaly 179€) AND th Compressor (normal price 49€) for just 46€
 
So i think, it is not an upgrade FROM Sonar X3 TO Sonar X3 Studio, but something else?
But te price of "Sonar X3 Studio" is actually 60€... And this is the Full Version..
 
This Bundle is a "Special Promo" and maybe it is right: For 46€ I can Upgrade my Sonar X3 to Studio.
Maybe it is a good Deal for this Money, but still can't belive.. Maybe someone can explain me this?
Is it right, that I Upgrade to Studio with this (and get the PC4K)

    Yes, I believe so. The Cakewalk store currently has the SONAR Studio upgrade priced at $49.50 for all SONAR users. The current price for the Producer upgrade for SONAR users is $99.50. So the Steam promo seems in line with those prices.

    Thank you.. I Think i take it.. I always use Sonar just for record some "Ideas", but WHEN I even want to make e "real" song, I will miss some features maybe.. :)

    @48/24 & 128 buffers latency is 367 with offset of 38.
