SONAR X, Windows 7 64-bit, MOTU UltraLitemk3, MOTIF Rack mount

I am having problems with my audio being slightly behind once I record. What is recommended under the following sections:
 
Driver Settings - audio driver bit depth/sampling rate/buffers in playback que/buffer size
Audio Profiles - DMA buffer sizes 44100Hz & 48000Hz
Sync and Caching - Playback & Record I/O buffer size
