Dimension Pro - Midi Dropouts

Has anyone else had an issue with MIDI note dropouts using Dimension Pro?
I had a string part that played fine for a while then suddenly started dropping some notes (E-40), fiddling with the MIDI buffering did nothing to resolve the issue. The patch range was 0-127 so it's not a split issue. I switched the synth out with another one (SI Strings) and the problem went away. The MIDI track is clean, just notes.
I've had this issue before and the only solution I've found is to use a different synth.

Does this mean the sfz file(s) are defined for MIDI notes 0 to 127 or is this a setting on the DimPro UI? Is there an example DimPro program?
