Static caused by Solar Storm weekend of Sept. 13-14th ??

Anyone else experiencing lots of static these last several days? Mainly at night time, on some projects more than others. There was a big one last weekend!
I noticed that Console Emulator is especially static-sensitive.

Sonar Platinum x64 Lifetime, Windows 10 x64, Intel Quad Core CPU@3.40GHz, 8GB RAM, (2)1.5T Hard Drives, Presonus AudioBox 44VSL, Roland A-500Pro MIDI Controller & lots more stuff

I do notice tech issues with some gear during intense periods of solar activity. The last really big solar flare release that happened several months ago affected my car's electrical system and my desktop computer. People tend to just write these things off as glitches but if you pay attention, there seems to be a correlation. Of course there were also more well-publicized issues, like when cell phones were affected for several hours a year or two ago. As to Sonar, any solar activity won't affect the software, only the hardware on which it runs.

You might enjoy my song "When the Grid Goes Down" (done in Sonar, of course) about X-event solar flares.

Dammit, Alex, I TOLD you not to keep mentioning the grays!!! Every time you do, they get a swelled head and ask for more features THEY want in the program. Why do you think the Skylight interface has a gray look? We had to fight them to get colors for the tracks in X3. They were really kind of upset that people can now choose track colors other than gray. Andrew had to buy them gourmet worms from Thailand (which weren't cheap!) for lunch before they'd shut up.

Admittedly, they did come up with comping, so we owe them that. But you should have seen what THEY thought should be included as a drum module instead of Addictive Drums!! I don't want to get into alien profiling or anything, but let's just say they don't have the funk.
