My favorite for the week. I was more than surprised when the "backups" guy hits the falsetto.

    My Juke's empty at the moment.
     
    Juke is a euphemism for current SONAR project which lacks tracks.

    I usually prefer to listen to entire piece when listening to classical, but this is a nice collection of highlights...

    In the van today, 4th CD by Distant Towers (our old friends Tony 'Creating Noise' and Tom 'The Pogue' plus drummer Preston) - 'Time to Fly' - stunning stuff.

    Back in the mid-'80's some guys I was friends with got me into stuff like this..Morrissey/Mullen, Al Jarreau, David Sanborn, even Shakatak, who were MUCH better live than on record.

    I too got into stuff like this back in the 80's.....listening to Stanley Clark, Chick Corea, Return to Forever etc....very true about live performances with greats like this.....
