I've gotta track going out of sync.....

I have a song I've been messing with for a couple of years,  it has migrated thru a couple of Sonar updates.  I have a track of me tapping my foot that acts as a kick drum.  It is heavily AudioSnapped.  When I play the song in Sonar it sounds great, when I render the song the foot drum goes out of sync.  When I freeze the track it goes out also.  The song has many plug ins, but none on the track that goes out of sync.

Is there something I can do to solve this?  Is the track just corrupt and I need to recreate it?

Thanks in advance for the help.

    3 things to try.

1 - export, but uncheck fast bounce, check audible.

    if it doesn't work:

2 - clone the original track twice. archive the orig so you have a backup.

select the first copy, mute the second. bounce to clips. export.

3 - if it is still wonky, mute the first copy that you bounced to clips.
bounce the second copy to tracks. mute the second copy. export.

You may be using plug-ins with lookahead. Type E to disable all your plug-ins and see what happens.

Also trying toggling PDC. The fact that you're dealing with one track that doesn't have plug-ins seems like it might be a clue.

But if you're done editing the track, why not just bounce it to itself and treat it as audio? If it's late or early, just move the file forward or backward in time.
