EWQL Gold I'm getting this error not enough input.

Hi I just bought EWQL Gold everything worked I install the host on my main harddrive and the sounds on external glyph drive. Everything worked but than I try to copy the sounds from my glyph drive to my main drive but cancel it. Now I get an error when loading a sound not enough input. I'm using windows 8 64 bit EWQL gold 4.20 and sonar 8.5.00 Thanks
 
I looked on the web but no anwser really and nothing on EWQL knowledge faq

    IIRC this is an error message you might get if you did not run the DFD extension when installing.  
     
    Do a search on the East West site for DFD (direct from disk)

    I went on there site typed in direct from disk but nothing. And I installed the library from the 5 discs. Only thing I didn't install was the Host for the sounds.

    I turned off my Glyph hardrive and than back on. Fix the problem.
