Whoa! Is this a "Greek" version of the Waldorf Q?!?

Being a Waldorf Q hound myself, I was at first impressed and bewildered!  I've never seen a Q like this!  Turns out that it was custom painted. If it was blue/white from the factory, then it would have been extremely rare and worth no less than 5 billion dollars.
