It's not visible to me if there is, and I don't see a way of revealing it in the forum filter.

They've apparently killed the SONAR Home Studio forum, alas.

"They've apparently killed the SONAR Home Studio forum, alas."

A little clarification...
In the past, the forum was divided by product.  So everything Sonar X was together, everything Sonar 8.x was together, etc.  This included everything from bug reports to how do I?s and I wishes.

The new world order..
Things are now organised by topic.  There is a bug report forum, a feature request forum, products forums..
All Sonar general discussion goes in the Sonar forum, regardless of version. Many, if not most, of the features in 7.0 or 8.5 are still there in X3e.  Most X3e users are still knowledgeable about the previous versions.  Discussion of most features is relevant to most versions.

Bug reports are easier to find,  both for users checking for known bugs and for the Bakers checking for new problems, as they all in the same place.

So while all Sonar has been lumped together, the forum is more specific because bug reports, feature requests, etc have been moved out..

True enough.
Recently, the vast majority of posts in the old Sonar Producer and Studio forum were actually questions about Xx. The header was confusing for new users, and we were constantly redirecting them to the proper forum.
Most people still using 8.5 or earlier have worked through any questions they might have had.
Same goes for Home Studio. I love Home Studio 6, and still have it installed on my laptop, but the forum itself had grown fairly quiet.
It was clear that there was not enough traffic, and it was just a matter of time before the HS specific forum was eliminated.
As Karyn noted, there are plenty of us familiar with the older products here.
For a long time, we have encouraged users to put system information, including Sonar version, in their signatures. In a consolidated forum, this information becomes increasingly important, as there are version specific details to be aware of.
All in all, I like the new format, and I have to commend the bakers for recognizing that the forums are, and always have been, a huge asset to the Cakewalk package.

Don't mind me, I'm just cross pollinating this fred.

I like the idea that the SONAR forum has been desegregated. It think this improvement will encourage users of various versions of SONAR to swap ideas more freely with each other.

What's the over/under on the percentage of ideas along the lines of, "You're still using that? What's the matter with you?" being swapped?

In all seriousness, IMO forums work best when they move at an appropriate speed. Some forums are just too big and move so fast that if people don't dedicate their lives to them then most of the (too many) threads just go by and get missed entirely. Others move so slowly and have so few posts that it's not worth checking them very often and eventually you just give up.
