Newest song almost ready

Newest tune ready to be listened, though it's not yet ready. I would like some critique. Also, because it has 2 different choruses, I would like you to say  which chorus is better. It has 2 choruses, because I was not satisfied with the first chorus.  The tune is made almost completely without a midi keyboard and it was fast to write (which probably shows). First I tried with keyboard but nothing usable came out. Then I tried without keyboard and I was able to get something done. Later I had to use the keyboard when I was finishing the second chorus.

Nice vibe. I wouldn't worry about 2 different choruses. There are no rules that say you can't so whatever works.

Give the BD some more oomph and bring up the snare a bit.

Notation, the original DAW. Everything else is just rote. We are who we are and no more than another. Humans, you people are crazy.

I like this tune, it would make a great soundtrack with a minor tweak.  I hear the drums just fine, but in both versions I can barely hear any bass instrument.  A little more low end would make this shine, I believe.  Otherwise, a little more volume could help, too.  Good effort.

    All the best,

Needs something to make it pop if you intended to make it standalone, if it is tended as a soundtrack to something it would probably only need a final once over mix.

Thank you guys for the good tips. I intended to make it as a standalone piece. I have tried to get the music better, but I got bit tired of listening to the song, so I'm not sure if I will send an improved version soon. I started on a new tune, which sounds a bit better (at the moment at least) than this, so hopefully I will send that next week or sooner.

Thank you for your nice comment drma173. I will return to this tune some day and try to fix it more.
