2 microphones on Cakewalk UA-25EX?

Hello everyone!
I'd like to know if I can record (macbook using audacity, cakewalk and mic) two microphones with my Cakewalk or only one, even if there are two mic inputs?

    I don't have a UA25, but your recording software should be able to select both mics as separate and unique mono inputs.

    You can even do both at the same time. I can select 2 mics into a stereo track and also select a mic and put it into a mono track recording at the same time. It eats a lot of cpu and I always end up choosing the stereo recording but it can be done.
