EZ Q re: EZ D

I have EZ Drummer 1.3.3 with quite a few EZX Expansion Packs. As I was updating all my Toontrack software, I noticed the following which has me puzzled but I suspect someone here immediately knows.

Within Sonar, EZ Drummer shows I have Pop / Rock version 1.3.3 installed along with all my other expansion packs.

However, when I access My Account / My Products at Toontrack, Pop / Rock EZX is greyed out. All of my other packs are highlighted and accounted for and showed me the updates available.

Now, I thought "Pop / Rock" and "Cocktail" came with the original EZ Drummer. Is the Pop / Rock EZX (not Pop! EZX) in addition to that original MIDI, i.e. a completely new expansion, or is My Account in error and it should not be greyed out?

I've looked back at my purchase history in my notes and I'm not finding what I am looking for.

Thanks if anyone knows!

Toontracks updated the Ezx that came with the original EZD 1 when it updated everything to EZD 2. This may have something to do with it.

Yup, the above is correct, from ToonTrack FAQs:

Why is the Pop Rock EZX unauthorized in my account

When you upgrade to EZdrummer 2 (from version 1) the Pop/Rock library (that was included in EZdrummer 1) becomes an EZX and is added to your account (so that you can install it again in the future if you ever need to without installing EZdrummer version 1).

If you are using the same computer that EZdrummer 1 was authorized on you will NOT need to download or authorize the Pop/Rock EZX. Simply install EZdrummer 2 and you are done.

So, unless you purchase a new computer and install EZdrummer 2 and all your EZXs to the new computer the Pop/Rock EZX can remain un-authorized in your Toontrack.com account (it will still be authorized on your computer).

That's good to know. The computer I installed EZD 2 already had EzD1 on it. So if I go to a new system, I'll know what to do.
