Meldodyne + X3e puzzle

I was doing some vocal editing using Melodyne when I suddenly noticed after a save and playback that the whole song had been dropped down a complete tone (in otherwords instead of being in the key of D it was now in the key of C).
 
Has anyone come across this in the recent past  If so, what is the "cure" ? I had it happen in the past but can't for the life of me remeber how I got things back to normal, or if I did.
 
All drivers, software etc are/is upto date.
 
I'll be asking this chez Melodyne, but if anyone can help or has an idea that would be great.

    Fixed. Cold reboot did something.

    Never came across that sort of thing with melodyne. When I have had such issues with software in general, it was usually due to me hiiting some hotkey/shortcut.
