hide tracks by state

This may exist: can't find it in the help file.

Using the track manager: I want to hide/unhide tracks/buses based upon criteria:
   muted, archived, bus, send
not muted, not archived, no bus, no send

And an adjustable dialog box for the track manager.  Why must we use the default MS idiotic restrained dialog? I should not have to scroll horizontally to see the full name of the track/bus. I should be able to have the dialog full screen to SEE as much as my monitors will display.

Yes, I would like this - more for the criteria, but I wouldn't turn down an expandable dialog.

Several of those exist already, not the send or buss assigned though. Press "H" in Track or Console View. The buttons down the right hand side can be used to filter by state. Press spacebar to show/hide.

    Thanks Karl.
I apologize for not being clearer. I should have listed only those items not available.

I had a moment where I wanted to show only audio muted tracks and could not figger how to quickly get that from the track manager dialog.

Definitely would be nice to have a larger dialog with a matrix type of list.

Also would like to be able to sort tracks/buses according to state and have a default/original sort.

    I like this idea!

I think I'd use it to hide all tracks not soloed.

Would be nice to be able to assign shortcuts to the different states as well. So when you for example have soloed the tracks you want to work with, you just strike a shortcut and BAM! - All other tracks are hidden.

When using solo on one or a few tracks you're not going to work with anything else than these tracks anyway, so this would be a really nice feature to have.

    Cool idea! :)
