[Solved] Help: Cakewalk ProChannel EQ missing audio waveform.

Has anyone been experiencing this?
 
I've seen this on Cakewalks Quad Curve EQ specifically. However it may be happening on other ProChannel Modules.
 
There is a wonderful waveform that bounces around under the 0db line when the EQ module is expanded.  For some reason the waveform goes and comes after I start and stop my playback.   I'm not sure whether or not the EQ is stopping when I don't see the waveform or if its still working when it no longer displays. 
 
I'm using X3e.
