VS-20 with X3 Studio

Hi all,
I have just taken the plunge and bought X3 Studio. I have the VS-20 Studio interface and guitar tracks, and though it shows in my device preferences I am unable to "check the box" to enable it. Any ideas on this one please ?

    No but I have a friend with exactly the same set up as yours and it works fine.  What driver are you using?

    If running in ASIO mode, uncheck the current input and output selections to make others available. The ASIO specification only permits one ASIO driver to be used at a time.

    Thanks guys, you got it scook,  I had to uncheck both ASIO's input and output. Silly oversight on my part - thanks for the help.

    Thanks Scook.  It is a simple but overlooked item.

    Win 10 Pro x64, 32Gb DDR3 ram, Sonar Platinum, Cubase 9.5, Mackie MCU Pro, Cakewalk VS 100, Roland Octa-Capture,  A 800 Pro, Carver M-1.5t amp & C4000 pre amp, various mics, drums and brass instruments.
     
    And away we go!
