Where's the teasers..
I sure hope we see some teasers soon.. were getting closer towards the holidays. And No word of X4 Hmmm. looks like a March release to me..

While at AES, Cakewalk's Dan Gonzales told me X4 would be out "by the end of the year". Depending on what gotchas happen at the tail end of the development and release cycle...that could still be a pretty squishy target...but at least that was his expectation.

I'm all for them ironing out the gotcha's , I don't mind if its later this year or early next year.
But a nice teaser would be cool even some cover art , whatever , get me excited with some anticipation.

I'm in no hurry at all. X3 has been a huge upgrade over X2, plus it has been very stable for me. I took the survey as well, but I wouldn't think they would make that kind of change until X5.

I doubt the survey is related to X4... Not if it's coming out in the next couple of months. Far too late to make such changes. I believe they have to be wrapping it up by now as it takes time to get through the mastering and production of copies... Packaging and the likes...

Well there would certainly be some free publicity if it was called X11. I saw the bass player at the airport the other day (true story, didn't have cucumbers on him though) I could have approached him for marketing purposes.. He and Mr Burns would have thought it an 'excellent' idea I'm sure.
