Track View FX Bin effect name is grayed out

Does anyone know why or how an effect name becomes grayed out in the FX Bin? The ON/OFF button is blue but the text isn't.

It's not a missing effect, those have blue text but will be in parentheses.

Thanks

Have you bypassed the bin (individually or 'all bins of thid type')?

Hey KPerry, I never do that but I see bypassing turns the text a darker blue, like freezing does.

I couldn't remember what it did - I thought it greyed the entire box.

OK, turns out bypassing is the answer. It turns the text a darker blue in Track View but gray in Console View.
