Lost Arpeggiator Presets

I re-organised some folders onto different disks at the weekend. Since then the arpeggiator presets are not displaying.
The folders I moved are c:\Cakewalk Projects and c:\Cakewalk Content onto a c:\Drive and e:\Drive respectively.
I edited the folder locations in preferences to reflect this change. So anything that pointed to c:\Cakewalk Projects now points to d:\Cakewalk Projects and anything that pointed to c:\Cakewalk Content now points to d:\Cakewalk Content, everything else on that screen was left at default. I have also changed the Audio Data settings and moved some Instrument Libraries.
 
At first glance everything seemed to be working ok but then I noticed that the arpeggiator presets are not displaying on the menu in the Midi Inspector. I searched for them in windows explorer and they appear to be on the c:drive in a folder that I did not move (can't remember the folder name at the moment, but think it was under shared libraries?? could be wrong) and of course I was able to browse to that folder and use those patterns, so I am not sure why they have stopped being dispalyed on the load preset menu.
 
Is there something else I need to change? I am now worried that some other settings could be affected.
 
I read the threads on here relating to setting up with mutiple disk drives but haven't come across anything about this.
 
Has anyone encountered this problem before?
