FX bin names

I recently started changing my colors and it's gone pretty well. The Customization/Colors doc has one listed I can't find to change. It's listed there as Console FX Bin Text. I searched in the colors search box and looked through All Colors box. Is this possible? Thanks! - Shep

No - this doesn't seem possible.

I have X3 installed on a laptop which I use for testing stuff like this.
I just selected "All Colors", selected every parameter and changed then en masse to a shocking pink.

    The FX bin stayed grey

The FX bin uses two colors for the names of plugins. Gray for being bypassed and green for being active.

I'm looking to change only the text from the default blue text - 'Console FX Bin Text'. The doc says it's there to change but I don't see it in there. I wonder if somehow on install it didn't make it to the table.

Actually I think bypassing the FX bin turns the color a darker shade of blue, not gray. There is gray FX Bin text but I can't remember why it was gray. I asked about it in another post but no one knew the answer and I've found nothing in the Help files about it.

I believe the FX Bin text color could be changed in pre-X series Sonar so probably why you still see it listed. The color list hasn't been completely revamped for the X series yet.

OK I'm forced to check this out.  You're right the FX bin color is blue and a paler shade of blue when in the track header FX bin and bypassed. It is gray in the FX bin of the Inspector and in the CV when bypassed. There also is a global bypass button in the Mix module of the Control Bar (FX).

Mystery solved then. I forgot to check the Console View. Just paint me.... gray!
