Derive Tempo from Audio Clip

I think I knew how to do this once but I forgot.  Is there a simple way to drag and clip into Sonar and say, "Hey, Sonar.  What's the tempo of this clip?"  Seems like it is pretty basic...like related to audio quantizing or something.

    Thanks, I'll check it out.  I found a video on YouTube but the guy was just clicking around and you couldn't tell what he was doing.
