Coverting track enevleopes to Piano roll envelopes

I know how to convert envelopes from piano roll into a track envelope (using Clips > Convert MIDI Controllers to Envelopes).   Is it possible to do it the other way around - that is, take a track envelope and convert it into a piano roll envelope?   

Or, save the project as a midi file - all controller envelopes are converted into cc's. You can then cut & paste from the midi file into the original 'normal' project.
