Z3TA question

Hi.  Having an issue with Z3TA.  When I plyback a synth part it reverts back to a certain ARP preset patch no matter what patch I have chosen.  I have already unchecked "zero controllers when play stops".  Can anyone help?

    It is the same except mine changes when I hit play in Sonar and not at the end of the loop. Also same thing happens on any loop.
