Preserving BREVERB settings in project?

In X3 Producer (Win 7Pro 64 bit), I typically add BREVERB in the FX bin of the final mix bus, but am puzzled by one thing - how does one ensure the wet/dry mix doesn't pop back to 100% every time I load the project?

Also, has anyone had any issues with BREVERB adding regular pulse-like artifacts related to ASIO buffer size being too large?  I have a rather large project (2 hours of 24+ tracks to 5.1 Surround) that I don't care about record monitor latency, so I upped the ASIO buffer on my Focusrite Liquid Saffire 56 to the max of 2048.  That's when the noise started happening.   Exporting the mix to WAV even had the artifacts, when I wouldn't expect it to--or does export still run through the sound card?  Turning it down to 1024 improved it, yet it's still not quite right.

Also, any suggestions for a better reverb to use for surround that plays well with Sonar?  I really miss Pantheon now that I've gone to 64-bit.

Thanks!

I can use Pantheon with 64-bit SONAR in a 64-bit OS. If you have an older version of SONAR sitting around, try installing it with a custom install.
