Sonar Accessibility

I'd like to propose the following accessibility options for users who are blind or visually impaired
 - High-contrast color schemes
 - Full keyboard navigation of all views and windows, so users can reach any control or field with the Tab key and make selections using the Enter key
 - Proper labeling of all controls, including the use of an alternate text tag that screen reader programs such as JAWS and ZoomText can recognize and read aloud to blind users
 - Options for minimizing or completely de-activating graphical meter activity and other visual animation / effects for enhanced compatibility with screen readers
 - Keyboard shortcuts for all menus, including the sub-menus found at the tops of the various views, such as Track View, Console View, etc.  Currently, it does not appear there's any way to access these menus other than using the mouse
 - The option to view plugin effects and soft synths as non-graphical parameter lists showing all available plugin parameters and their associated values, perhaps with simple sliders or rotary controls next to each parameter
