[Solved] FX Bin - Order (Top to Bottom or Bottom to Top)

This is an embarrassingly basic question regarding the FX Bin in Sonar X3, but I want to make sure once and for all that I'm thinking about it the correct way. I looked in the manual and it doesn't actually state either way, so I thought I'd ask the community.

I just purchased Slate Digital's Virtual Mix Rack (VMR) and Virtual Console Collection (VCC). I want to insert the Virtual Channel (the plugin from VCC that is designed to go on each track - the Virtual MixBus is designed for the master bus) on each of my tracks, but I need it to be first in the chain; I need its effect to take place first, before anything I else I may do to the track. In order to achieve this, am I correct to assume that it must stay in the top spot in the FX Bin? If I were to place the Virtual Channel in the FX Bin, and then insert the VMR underneath it (the second spot from the top), the effects from the VMR would occur after what occurs with the Virtual Channel, yes?

Thanks for clearing this up for me!

Second question, just in case you're users of VCC. I have it set up so that I have an instance of the Virtual Channel on every audio track, and then the Virtual MixBus on my master bus. I have my audio tracks routed to various busses (strings, percussion, etc.), do you recommend putting an instance of Virutal Channel on each of those buses as well?

The FX order is top to bottom in both the FX bin and the ProChannel.
the ProChannel can be placed pre or post FX bin.

Put your virtual channel emulator on every channel you're using to get the best from it.  Tracks, busses, master.... everything.
