Opening Sonar Projects automatically "changes" them - why?

Opening Sonar Projects automatically "changes" them - why?

Using Sonar X3 - every time I open an existing Project file, I get the little * by the title at the upper left.
 
Why? I haven't changed the file yet at all. This started happening when I moved to my new machine two months ago.

    @48/24 & 128 buffers latency is 367 with offset of 38.

    This started happening when I moved to my new machine two months ago.



    I suspect that X3 is modifying the cwp file to conform to your new system's configuration.

    I have the same problem with two PCs.
    Only audiotracks with a few plugins from waves.
    I save a Project - And when I reload it after 5 minutes, I'm again asked to save.

    We digitize tapes, vinyl, dat, md ... in broadcast and studio quality for publishers, public institutions and individuals.
    4 x Intel Quad-CPU, 4GHz Sonar Platinum (Windows 10 - 64Bit) and 14 computers for recording tapes, vinyl ...

    4 x RME Fireface 800, 2 x Roland Octa Capture and 4 x Roland Quad Capture, Focusrite .... Studer A80, RP99, EMT948 ...

    I've been seeing this a lot lately since upgrading to X3. I save a project before closing it, then get prompted to save once again.  It doesn't happen with every project though, just a few.

    In a nutshell, everytime you open a project, you don't change something, something else does. Generally a plugin.

    I concur - reverb plugins can do this.
