Draw Tempo & Synching

Hi

I just tried drawing in tempo changes (to make the mix sound more human and less robotic). This is a neat feature, however a problem I encountered is that if I change the tempo this way the vocal track gets off synch.  My project has all MIDI instrumentation and the vocal tracks are (of course) audio.  Is there an easy way to synch all of these tracks together so when I "ride" the tempo they will all follow suite.

Thanks

John B.

Cut up the vocal track(s) into clips by phrase. Align clip to a logical start point. Time stretch/compress the clip to suit tempo.

It can be tedious but it can work too.

Next time, get the MIDI tempo done *before* the vocals. Just a thought.
