Let's get mobile!

This time I am thinking about getting a new smart phone. I would like to hear from some suggestions which phone to get. I have thought about getting the Moto g 4g version, but it has an unremovable battery. I would like to hear comments about the unremovable battery topic. I fear that a unremovable battery gets bad after a year and then it is time to buy a new phone. Is this fear a groundless one and how is the situation with your phone? My current phone is the samsung galaxy ace 2. A 3.8 inch phone. I have been thinking that a 5 inch phone would be so much nicer to use. I primarily use my phone for internet browsing and writing silly threads in the Cakewalk forums. I would appreciate a longer battery life. I do not want to spend more than 200 € or 250 $. Also I would like to hear some reasons why I should buy a new phone.

Just a month ago, I purchased my first (ever) smartphone, an LG G3. At first, it was quite big (5.5 inch screen), but I've got used to it and appreciate the large screen (you can practically watch movies on this....especially with the True HD 1440 x 2560 pixels). It also came with 32 GB and 3 GB of RAM. The battery is removable and can even use a larger battery (if needed). I picked this phone after looking at all the others (Moto G & X, HTC One, Samsung S5 etc...), but I simply wanted a phone with excellent hardware specs. The LG G3 had the best specs to offer and users seemed very happy with it......I certainly am.
In that midrange budget, the Moto G is a big winner in most reviews......the G3 is slightly above that price range though.

I recently got the big iPhone (6 Plus) and I have to say its battery life has exceeded all expectations. Whereas before I'd have to use a charging case toward the end of the day, this one just keeps going and keeps going. I make incredibly heavy use of my phone for work all day, and when I get home around 5 or 6 my new phone still has around 60% of juice left. It has a monster battery in it and it doesn't bother me that's its non removable at all.

Thanks guys for the comments! At the moment it looks like I will have to freeze my phone project until prices come down because I have not found a phone that is both good all around and cheap. Bit frustrating.

I reccomend the LG Volt with boost mobile or Kyocera Hydro Icon (also with boost but water & schock proof & a little more expensive) the LG Volt is $89.00 and with boost for just $55.00 per month you get 10 gigs of data and unlimited everything else. Both are great phones i like the style and features oif the VOLT but if ruggedness is what you need go with the ICON. -S

10 gigs of data with Boost mobile? There's a huge difference in download speeds and coverage among providers. I have friends with Boost, Metro PCS etc, and their download speeds and reliability seem to be much worse than mine on Verizon. Even Sprint seems a lot worse. It's true I pay way too much with Verizon for my data, but fair play....I get blistering download speeds everywhere I go.

I forgot the discussion forum link Mesh. Thanks, I will check it out. Shawn thank for the recommendations. It seems they are not available in Finland. Also I decided I will wait and see if the prices go down. I am on a limitless data and talk contract. Speed varies a lot.
