The Lamb Lies Down On Broadway

An old chestnut from Genesis that I have always loved.  Wanted to do something for myself.  ok mix?

Sunny, this is nice. I've always loved this tune - love Genesis. I think you did a very entertaining version of a great song.

Well done fun, I enjoyed it a lot. I thought drums and bass could be EQed a little brighter, but with my ears it's hard to say for sure.Good job

Nice cover Sunny! Wasn't too sure when I heard your intro, but once the song proper kicked in, I really liked this. Overall, the mix is very well done with good balance everywhere. As noted, it is a little on the dry side, but it doesn't hurt the song at all.

Thanks everyone.  I tried to verb the vocals a tad as well as a few miscellaneous tweaks.  Hope this works.

Sunny, you own this version!  I like the way you put your own stamp on this while giving Peter his due.

Like Dan the intro had me wondering...  but after everything kicked in I got it.  I never thought I'd hear the Lamb over top of a pop-electro beat.

The ending was a little abrupt, but overall it was really well done, great job getting all those parts down!

make that 3 on the intro....I think the tune out shines the intro so much it seems to take away from the tune...

    loved the tune...

On paper this shouldn't work, but it does. Nicely done, very creative cover.
