ProChannel modules baked into Sonar Installation

And maybe taking the single sign on a step further when you enter your name and password - Sonar goes online and sees which ones you have purchased and unlocks them for you the first time you boot it up.

For people who haven't bought them they could just be greyed out or offer limited functionality -- interspersed with static, whatever.

They are small and size and I'd rather they came with Sonar than the included loops etc.

Definitely no! I always hate it when the software I am using is full of greyed-out options put there to tempt me into making purchases. I've had enough of this with UAD cards and with Line6 GearBox.
