Melodyne Pitch drift and vibrato control?

Is there a way to control the pitch drift in Melodyne plug in that comes with Sonar x3.  I am looking for a tool where I can pull the drift and vibrator tighter together.  I know there is the Correct Pitch button that has some control over the pitch drift, but I want to pull the vibrator tighter.  I assume you have to purchase the stand alone model.

Thanks

The Melodyne version that comes with Sonar is Melodyne Essential, and it doesn't include Pitch Drift or Vibrato adjustments. Melodyne Essential does have a stand alone mode, but it is still limited to very basic monophonic pitch control function. You would have to upgrade to Melodyne Editor to get what you're looking for.

Thanks for the information.  I wonder if they have any sales on or coming up.  I think I could have gotten Melodyne editor for like $100 when I first upgraded to Sonar  x3.  The last time I looked it was $250.

I have Editor installed so can't check right now, but isn't there a pitch drift slider under the pitch correction one?

Craig, I verified this information on the Celemony website, there is a feature comparison chart for all the different Melodyne products, and it says no vibrato or pitch drift with Essential.

Yeah, essential is pretty limited. It remains, in my view, the gold standard in any version, but essential only does basic pitch correction and nothing else.

Well, here's a screen shot from Essential: there is an overall correct pitch drift function, but there is no pitch modulation tool (which I find particularly effective) or pitch drift tool.

But while we're here...I would be remiss if I didn't mention that even Essential does pretty good ADT and harmonies. Also the Percussion algorithm has its uses with melodic instruments. You can play a rhythm guitar part, select the Percussion algorithm, and transpose individual chords because they all come out as blobs. Also, even though there's no icon for a split tool, you can split with key commands. While Essential isn't as cool as Editor, and doesn't do the polyphonic correction, you can do quite a bit with it.
