X2 bug -- automation lanes -- solved in X3? (RESOLVED)

I know this may have been answered already as I know I'm not the only one who's had this issue, but a forum search didn't answer this directly:

Often when I'm dealing with multiple automation lanes and multiple take lanes on a single track they get all messed up - especially when the track has been frozen and un-frozen.  The automation lanes get screwed and can't be manipulated or deleted, they kind of just ghost there uselessly.

I have X3 but haven't installed it yet because I'm finishing up two albums, will install and use after.  Has this issue been resolved in X3?

Unfortunately, yes it seems it took a Major update to X3 to fix most Take Lanes issues in X2.

Oh, well, I'd consider that good (although, I mean, sheesh) news - that it's at least fixed now.  Thanks for the info.
