Finally, Dan's powers of persuasion directed at a product I can afford!

This really is a great compressor. Don't let the "mastering" qualifier put you off - it works great on anything with transients that you want to fatten up without grinding it into mush. You can even use this in scenarios where might otherwise reach for an 1176-type compressor.

All else is in doubt, so this is the truth I cling to.

Everything from TDR and Vladg sound is high quality. I hear a re-work of Vlad's Nova67P is next and for all of you guys that need more compressors...Klanghelm is coming out with two new ones in Feb or March.
I wish some of you guys that know what your doing would review the new Toneboosters Buscomp. It seems to be pretty good to me, but I'm a hack. (And quickly becoming a nerd I'm afraid.)

Very nice indeed, as is SlickEQ, great price to, quite happy to part with the asking price for those 2.
FB Comp II is pretty sweet as well, and no arguing with price there.

I had kind of ignored this release, but after watching the video, I'll probably install at least the free one soon. Though the Gentleman's Edition has some pretty cool features.
