Products page does not show downloadable products on personal page of website

Anyone else having trouble with their purchased products not showing on the website?  I'm wondering if it is just me or the site is having severe trouble over the weekend.  I'm referring to the "Products" download area on the personal page that should show products you bought and can download.
 
I just get an endlessly spinning icon, the product never shows.  It has been like that since yesterday morning. No support until Monday so I thought I would ask.  I tried Firefox and IE browsers, dumped my cache, closed all browsers and tried again.

    Moved from Problem Reports. Problem Reports is a place to document verified problem reports regarding the use of Cakewalk products not problems with accounts.
     
    Cakewalk have asked that problems be reported on the Feedback Form on your personal page https://www.cakewalk.com/My-Account.
     
    Incomplete lists have been reported. I have not read a report before of a list not appearing at all.
     
    In addition to clearing the cache, deleting Cakewalk cookies might help. Can't say for sure but worth trying.

    Yeah same thing happening to me, no products at all , just that spinning icon !

    Is there some way to view and print the old product registration page for use as a reference? I'm worried that a number of third party and less mainstream purchases I've made through Cakewalk, particularly those without registration numbers, aren't shown on the new page. Though I can't try to construct a list from my library until I get home, I know that a number of training videos are not listed on the new page.
     
    I haven't bought anything using the new SSO system; but I wanted to take advantage of the two videos offered for $9.95 each. Since I'm traveling and can't check my video library at home, I signed up for SSO access and tried to verify the purchases by viewing my registrations. However, there was only one free video listed.

    Same here. No downloadable products listed and the links on the listed free downloads lead to an .xml error page.
