Need an MSI Neo2 Platinum (ms7025)

My motherboard is dying.  Will not boot unless I pull the battery and then re-insert it.  Replaced bios chip but nothing changes.  So I'm looking to see if anyone has a working one laying around for sale.  Yea, I know it's old but I don't have the money or the time to get something more up to date and reconfigure everything.

    South bridge went "south" on mine; IIRC.
    There's an outfit called RE PC here in the Pac NW; I think that's right.
    repc dot com; might be worth a try.
    They have lots of interesting "dinosaurs".
