Two approaches to get yourself a keyable "ha", the 10 second approach and the one minute approach, with an alternative 90 second approach:
10 second approach
Grab a mic, record your "ha", bring up a instance of dimension pro, drag the recorded "ha" clip and drop it on dim pro. (You can also drop it on, surprise, drop zone. Or Rapture, or an SI synth.)
The "ha" is now available with a keyboard press, AND it's tuned to the keys (by default). Pick the "ha" note you like best. Low-pitched Yeti or squeaky Chipmunk, you decide. You can, of course, mess with the synth controls and bounce pan it, or echo it, or low pass filter it or distort/mangle it or change it's asdr or whatever, but then you'll run over the 10 second time limit.
[creative 11 second approach: have your friend say "ha ha" into the mic]
One minute approach:
Don't have a mic? Scour the web for a free laugh (not a silly cat video, I mean one of those myriad free-sound-effect sites), snatch the "ha" that sounds good (that's 50 seconds), then drag and drop the file to a synth as above (the other 10 seconds).
Alternative to the one minute version (90 seconds): Find ANY sound clip on-line that has a "ha" in it somewhere (50 seconds), drag it into the track view in Sonar and splice and edit the clip to isolate the "ha" (30 seconds), then drop the resulting clip on to a synth (10 seconds).
Any of these approaches, even the last, will take much less time than it took for me to write this. Sonar has a LOT of power to do a lot of things.
